Innisfree x Jamietyj

Late last year, in 2014, I collaborated with Innisfree Singapore to share a couple of makeup looks with you girls! Here's the video if you haven't seen it!


Really glad I got the opportunity to do these 2 looks with Innisfree's products. I was already a big fan of the brand even before they approached me for the collaboration, and I spent a good amount of time at the store picking and swatching the products at their flagship store at Ngee Ann City while I conceptualized the two looks. So rest assured that the products that I used in the video were all products I would/have used. It was really exciting for me because it's the first time I'm doing something like that!

The style of makeup I did in the looks are very similar to what I wear on a daily basis and to suit my needs, so feel free to change up anything in the tutorial to better suit your preferences! I've worn both looks out before and after you've mastered the techniques, you can mix and match different colour variations to create your own look as well!

My favourite products have got to be the Mineral Eye Shadows. Intensely pigmented and lasts all day - not to mention, very affordable as well! If there's anything you NEED to get from Innisfree, it's these.

Another must-have is the Skinny Microcara. I simply adore how thin the brush is because it allows me to coat my tiny sparse bottom lashes without getting it onto my bottom eyelid.
