Recently, NestlĂ© FITNESSE invited me to a personal training session with Khit from Gold's Gym, who actually owns Gold’s Gym, earlier this month! 

The last time I actually exercised was a good 4 years ago… when I was still doing gymnastics. Since then, I haven’t gone to the gym and didn’t have any proper outfit for a work out! So I actually bought a new set of workout gear for this session lolol.

Anyway, some visuals from my session with Khit!

Lets face it - many of us are not huge fans of working out. Apart from that, in the hectic lifestyles that we have, a lot of time it’s almost impossible to squeeze out time to exercise regularly. Some on the other hand, would definitely prefer to spend whatever resemblance of the free time that they have with their family and friends.

I personally fall into the class of lazy people - too lazy to arse myself to work out.

Since I used to be a gymnast, I was rather fit, but since then I haven't work out!  However, surprisingly, I really enjoyed myself at this gym session! It’s all thanks to Khit, who was extremely patient and friendly, and made the gym session all fun! I never knew a  personal training session could be so enjoyable, always thought that they were very serious haha.

Plus, now that I have my own set of work out gear and have learnt quite a few tips on exercising, will definitely go out and exercise more often to keep fit and healthy!
